Graphic Timetable

The graphic timetable displays real data in comparision to the planned timetable.

The settings of the visualisation allow the display of:

  • raw data
  • percentile shading
  • median shading

The raw data displays all trains as individual lines. With many data points this can become very complex to analyse. Therefore we suggest to use the shading options to indicate the path of user-defined percentile delays, such as the median delayed train or the 90% percentile.

The raw data visualisation will only display real data of trains that are not overlapping. A potential overlap is calculated in the unit of pixels. When loading the graphic timetable a messagge is displayed, if real data train paths are overlapping. Trains will only be removed from the visualisation if they fully overlap with another train path on the full length of the diagram section (corridor branch).

Check for an overview of visualisation options of the planned graphical timetable in the dedicated page.
