Release notes Version 1.9

Summary

The November 2025 release contains an extensive reworking of the technical framework (“bitmask”) of the operating calendar. It also contains various improvements and bugfixes on the Analysis timetable graph and diagrams. Additionally, it restores consistency with the import of scenariobackups from TRENOplus.

New Features

Delay management “Gestione ritardi”

  • New platform to assign delay causes to delay events during the operating day
  • Management framework to attribute delay penalties and organise delay statistics (IM or RU/TOCs)
  • Management of primary and secondary delay causes

Analysis

  • Data comparison against Planned TT and Published TT
  • Data filter for tags on trains

Real time

  • Train composition details in the real time graph for GR freight trains

Scenario management

  • Import trainsets and OCP track information from another scenario
  • Import CIF,PIF and UK data feeds

Improvements to existing features

Timetable

  • Tags on train groups
  • Selection of train groups in the timetable graph
  • Graphical visualisation when trains enter or exit the corridor of the graphic timetable
  • Faster drag-and-drop of train paths in the graphic timetable

  • Warning message if data is not available for visualisation

Import from TRENOplus

  • Various import fixes regarding train groups

Real time

  • Auto-update of the real time graph reinstated
  • Implementation of a retry method for temporarily conflicting messages - solving import of FNM-coda: Arrival data for last station

Analysis

  • Visualisation of simulation results in the analysis diagrams
  • User-settings will be remembered in the analysis diagrams
  • Visualisation of the analysis timetable graph after midnight

Timetable

  • Visualisation of Station track possessions in the track occupation diagram

Release notes Version 1.8

Summary

The October 2025 release contains a new tabular view of all connections. It also contains customised reports for FNM and a new visualisation option in the real time window.

Release notes Version 1.7

Summary

The Release of September 2025 includes only minor improvements to existing functions and bugfixes. Most important improvement is the redesign of the Operating Calendar editing window.

New Features

No new features in this release.

Improvements to existing features

  • The Operating Calendar window has been redesigned and improved in terms of user experience.
  • The real time options (Real time trains timetable and timetable graph) have been improved, especially regarding the adherence to Designators selected by the user and displaying additional data in tabular format.
  • The loading process for the Infrastructure has been sped up significantly.
  • Small improvements to the FNM Dashboard
  • Track occupation diagram: user-defined time window on minutes precision

Bug fixes

Analysis

  • OCP list ordered alphabetically in Analysis diagrams
  • Analysis timetable graph corrected visualisation of aggregated data on the edges of the window
  • Trains colouring in the track occupation analysis diagram adhering to the trains colouring scheme

  • Stack overflow prevention while handling real time updates

  • Variants creation error fixed
  • TCR - Speed restriction: removed ambiguity of Start km in cases of km changes in the macro model of the infrastructure

Release notes Version 1.6

Summary

The release of August 2025 has as its focus point the Real Time Dashboard function for FNM. Additionally, it contains bugfixes and usability improvements for various functions in the train editing.

Release notes Version 1.5

Summary

This release includes again various improvements in the track occupation diagram, rendering it much more user-friendly. It also includes preparatory work for other new main functions such as Incidents management and TCR handling on day-to-day operations management. Further it includes usability improvements and some more substantial fixes of inconsistencies or missing editing function in the Timetable and train editing windows.

Release notes Version 1.4

Summary

This release includes Shunting movements and other new functions in the track occupation diagram as well as functions in the real-time module, some thereof are client-specific functions.

  • Option to hide planned timetable
